Allow people to be their authentic selves by not censoring topics about Palestine. Also I don't believe in adding AI to everything because it costs more energy and water, so it hurts the environment, which is something that we are supposed to care about.

I feel undervalued because Salesforce does not refresh RSUs for engineers. RSUs make up about 25% of compensation and while my salary was competitive when I was hired, the lack of any additional RSUs means I am now underpaid by at least 25%. Salesforce pays new employees more than existing ones.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has shifted in the last couple years to prioritize quantity over quality. The pace of work is unsustainable and the output is of an extremely low quality. The technical debt is unmaintainable and things continue to worse as leadership pushes for more.
