I came through an acquisition and am only still around at this point because the job market is poor.

Leading by example and leading the company with the customer and employee in mind more than the stock price.
Review from Engineering Dept
They should prioritize quality over quantity.

Allow people to be their authentic selves by not censoring topics about Palestine. Also I don't believe in adding AI to everything because it costs more energy and water, so it hurts the environment, which is something that we are supposed to care about.

RSU refreshers. 3 refreshes in first 5 years. They will prioritize high achievers in each org
Review from Engineering Dept
I'm consistently told by my peers that I'm underpaid, and our health care has significantly degraded in the past 2-3 years.
Review from Engineering Dept
Same level being paid more in other FAANG
Review from Engineering Dept
Would like more career potential
Review from Engineering Dept
I feel undervalued because Salesforce does not refresh RSUs for engineers. RSUs make up about 25% of compensation and while my salary was competitive when I was hired, the lack of any additional RSUs means I am now underpaid by at least 25%. Salesforce pays new employees more than existing ones.
Review from Engineering Dept
If it was market competitive based on my experience and title

Review from Engineering Dept
The most positive thing about the culture and environment at my company is not the Company but my team. Beyond that it degrades rapidly.
Review from Engineering Dept
They care about more than money!
Review from Engineering Dept
The old guard needs to be removed. The leaders of the acquired company need to go. They create an incredibly hostile environment and actively subvert change.
Review from Engineering Dept
Interviews were focused on actual hands on work.
Review from Engineering Dept
Collaborative. Asked about system design, not just focused on algorithm puzzles.
Review from Engineering Dept
The follow up is good - whether or not you proceed to the next level or not.

Review from Engineering Dept
The company has shifted in the last couple years to prioritize quantity over quality. The pace of work is unsustainable and the output is of an extremely low quality. The technical debt is unmaintainable and things continue to worse as leadership pushes for more.
Review from Engineering Dept
The people of the acquired company need to accept change or leave.
