GEV culture is the best in the industry but when it comes to compensation compared to other companies , still feel undervalued and underpaid, considering rising inflation in the industry as well.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too much "perfect world thinking" for lean & total global standardization rather than "good enough", practical "theme or less specific standardization changes" to make things better a a region level. GE split up so we were more agile to the market yet we dont seem to want to be more agile at gemba

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Give importance to capacity and competence as much as behaviors. Focus on a culture where you say what needs to be said and not just what you want to hear. Don't be afraid to face problems as quickly as possible and act. Be aware what is important to the customer and business.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The say-do ratio from management is very low. Despite good results for the company, the working conditions are very bad (no resource, issue with IT, computers are old and not well working, access to tools and license is bad, no access to main engineering standards,.....)

Purely the amount of workload....and the internal process challenges and resource constraints encountered in meeting the work targets . Always having these challenges and deadlines to meet can become weary over time.

announced reduction of remote work possibilities, forcing people for back to office and predefined weekdays for office/remote work which a consider as a lack of trust, counterproductive and treating like a children who can't organize their own work

There is still a lot of waste in our operations and not a lot of activity focusing on identifying and eliminating that waste. Doing a job that doesn't have a standard is fine for a little while but over time all you see is the waste and it becomes discouraging.
