my direct leader is approachable and look for interesting work to provide to employees. He gives a good motivation to the team. The executive level above is not visible at all.

The way they are focused in the results and in how connect the team to reach them. They shape the vision with transparency and are supportive during the thought process and/or change management.

Review from HR Dept · Posted 23 days ago

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

* Cross functional interactions and handling KPIs cutting across cross functional teams

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 21 days ago

medium compensation, only good thing is work life balance otherwise it is not a great company to claim any recognition

Review from Business Development Dept · Posted 22 days ago

Be more honest. Be more human, as only goal is to make wallstreer happy but not the employee. The company is only looking for cost reduction and not employee support and growth. No clear structured path to become executive or Senior PE, only based on who you know and who knows you.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Communication is bad here. Lots of secrets about staffing. Upper management is demanding AI usage, but unwilling to pay for it where it is needed. Tools not supplied that are needed for work. Compliance and change teams have taken over processes and do more to block progress thru restrictions.

Review from IT Dept · Posted 23 days ago

urgently review Salary policies and requirements for promotions, tools choice (the current ones are too unfriendly user), communication: too many too long hazy mails

Review from HR Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Caring about individuals' careers - not only about the top 1%.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Needs to better recognize the talent, capabilities, and past experience available within current workforce. Leadership team heavily favors lifelong GE Vernova employees over those who began careers elsewhere.

Review from Engineering Dept

Focus on workload and resource deployment.

Review from Admin Dept

Have a better Say/Do ratio, be able to make decisions and stand behind it, reward more the hard work rather than selecting reward based on people's location

Review from Engineering Dept

The lack of nuclear management in the nuclear company is very concerning. This isn't a gas power business. This impacts credibility in the industry, it calls into question decisions related to nuclear safety, and it makes us open for regulatory issues and findings.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Slow down all the transformation efforts. Workstreams are breaking and putting more and more on the employees.

Review from HR Dept

Consistent process, lead, remove obstacles of current issues, improve culture.

Review from Engineering Dept

profit allocation is terrible, costs are being cut all over the place, there is no budget for anything yet they allocate $10 billion for stock buybacks that has no benefit for the companies future
