Company benefits have not changed in alignment with the current inflationary environment for years. Some benefits, example: insurance is degrading YoY, seems we're squeezing provider.. provider continuously rejecting claims.. we now have to pay 20% Co-payment!!!

I would appreciate country specific inflation rates when it comes to compensation. Sadly not all the countries are on the same level with the salary base and benefits, inflation rates also differ so even if on a global level it might seem like a fair compensation, locally might not be enough.

My staff want to do the best think for our customers & company, yet we keep diminishing the value of the simplest form of appreciation (Impact Awards).. $ values are currently 'laughable'. Our teams are doing their best to deliver despite getting squeezed on workload & company expectations - SG&A!!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The say-do ratio from management is very low. Despite good results for the company, the working conditions are very bad (no resource, issue with IT, computers are old and not well working, access to tools and license is bad, no access to main engineering standards,.....)
