What is the best part about your compensation package?
everything besides 401k match and base salary is fantastic. but it's partly my own fault because I did not even negotiate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is below industry average for the work I do. Emphasis is on hiring senior devs instead of promoting internally
