How's the vacation policy at Quantcast?
in a word, generous. the longer you've been there the more vacay you accrue. 5 weeks isn't uncommon and my experience has been that managers are extremely accommodating about when and how much you take, even on short notice.

What part of Quantcast's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
they are actually very strong in prospecting perspective of advertising. The difficulty is actually about how to display the fact that they are outperforming everyone else in the industry.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Quantcast?
the management has uneven performance. executives and some managers are great. Some of the team leads are from engineering team who are not particularly passionate about management so it could be a little messy in the process. So this is probably something they want to address. However, I am just talking about a small part of the teams. Most of the team managers are awesome.
What interview questions does Quantcast ask?
System design, algorithms, data structure. code challenge after phone screen. They move fast. The code challenge is interesting. It will help if you know mapreduce and/or dynamic programming. I've been with them more than 2 years. The office, people and culture here is hand's down the best so far in my personal experience. I highly recommend people to take the opportunity to join this company.
