    in a word, generous. the longer you've been there the more vacay you accrue. 5 weeks isn't uncommon and my experience has been that managers are extremely accommodating about when and how much you take, even on short notice.

    15 days a year, becoming 20 and 24 at the 2 and 4 year mark
