Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They like to make claims that they're decreasing benefits to be in line with industry average, leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Most in my area are 15 plus years of experiance and take their jobs serious also some have 30+ years and seem to feel the same becoming a journey man uased to mean something at this plant now we have people incharge that have never been through any of this all seem to come from production jobs

Management decided not to follow the contract, moral is poor. It was a good place to work until that happened

The culture at this facility is terrible. The inmates truly do run the asylum here. Operators only do the jobs they feel like.

I got to meet about half of the (large) team I would be working with. It gave me tons of exposure to what I was getting into.
