What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not just giving customers lip service.

Everything was too short of a response so I had to add this extra text.

Listening to employees and customers. Knowing what the truth is in the marketplace and not theorizing on a white board. Incredible disconnect with the real world.

Understanding how our company actually makes money and develops new products and technologies!

Meaningful organic growth and attractive place to work and retain technical employees

Everything. Communication, consistency, transparency, respect

look at the external business environment and think about how 3M can be positioned there. Remain as a old legacy company or rejuvenating from the old by catching up new technology

Stop putting people in positions that they have zero knowledge of, nor do they have the experience of managing people in a professional medical environment.

Actually care & not just output. Managing my spreadsheets is not managing with a purpose.

Acknowledging and addressing issues and challenges

Showing more care an concern for there employees

Does it matter..nothing ever changes.

Hiring, job assignments, more effective on-the-job training and mentoring.

Making decisions. Empowering others. Supporting employees.

Unequal pay and unfair treatment to females. Major lack of diversity. And with 2900 layoffs in 2020, how did the CEO make more than 1 million in additional pay last year?
