Recruitment people and the HR team.
Three round interview and the final will be the presentation
They seemed to be genuinely interested in what I could bring to the table.
Have bot done interview recently
I got to meet about half of the (large) team I would be working with. It gave me tons of exposure to what I was getting into.
Review from Engineering Dept
Followed up quickly and told us what the process is
Interview was done by two people, a male and female which made the experience more comfortable.
The process was very thorough and interaction was appreciated
Meeting the entire team and manager
Review from Product Dept
Good atmosphere- competent Interviewer- on point
Review from Operations Dept
Quick and kept me in the loop
Clear objectives and clear questions
Personal and realistic questions with much discussion
Fast, clean, promising, honest on star payments
not really a good interview process and manager need to the interviews by themselves without support from recruiting team
Straightforward, limited psychotherapy question and communicated quickly.
On-site visit and subsequent one-on-one interviews.
It usually has multiple people in a panel interview from multiple functions due to the matrix environment
The opportunity to meet and be interviewed by different people from different divisions / areas of the cpmpany
Review from Sales Dept
Good mix of people to meet
Be transparent open and honest verbally and in writing
The part in which they asked me to solve the Rubik's cube underwater was not very normal to me, but I guess it's a way to examine my problem solving - I wasn't able to complete the cube and needed to be medically attended for aspiration
What interview process, they just bring more of same
Lack of structure in the process
let new hires know what is expected
It doesn't matter how good we are at interview. They just hire whoever they like. Less favourism will help interview. Otherwise, interview is useless
Be an equal opportunity employer like you say, and give everyone a fair chance to get hired, not just friends and family who are unqualified literally
Review from Operations Dept
Don't let HR do it!
