My manager essentially kept my comp flat even though he verbally said that I was performing extremely well and that there were numerous compliments from everyone I partnered with. He was lazy and played favorites and no one did anything about it despite me calling attention to it 2 years in a row.

Comparable pay, but lower relocation benefits, however company is flexible for negotiations.

Teams are amazing. Intuit enables employees to maintain a healthy life outside of work. An employee here can work as hard as they want and move upward quickly, or not push themselves and have a comfortable work life balance.

Hold people accountable for their AES scores. Its a lot of hot air and lip service since leaders with dismal scores are kept on year after year based on how long they've been at the company and who they know.

My team is amazing, the work is manageable and there is a lot to do. If you don't like what you are working on there is a lot that needs to get done so you could change teams or work on side projects.
