Hands on management with proven track record rather then useless non technical management which drives the company ion the wrong direction by inexperience. Having 1:1 meetings weekly, inimidating the good employees is not the way to go.

Compensation is not the only topic here, it is the overall quality which will suffer by losing the know how skill, let the non-qulified management run the company future, while enjoying the power and compensations they get.

Health plan is relatively expensive for a big company. It feels like the annual raises are too low to want to stay with the company for a whole career. Maybe they expect people to leave after a few years because they become dissatisfied with the low raises.

When you go above and beyond you're rewarded with "not fast enough" and expected to do even more with even less. No one says "good job" youre just constantly pushed to do more with very little, if any, support. Honeywell pays on average 20% below insustry standard.

My coworkers do not need improvement. Forcing the conversation in this survey is the very thing wrong with corporate management teams. Mandates but no communication (that's a two-way concept) - but this too must be necessary for an "international" company.
