What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe the leadership team needs to basically care about the employees as assets rather than a necessity. We are treated as term employees they would like to replace with cheaper contractors. They don't understand we are fixing the messes they create on a daily basis.

Quit threatening your employees and yelling at them in town halls. You give extremely low raises at 2% yet demand 150% output. Poor leadership that blames failures on employees when leadership is the driving factor. If your team is not performing, it's because you failed as a leader.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have changed my TSR twice now from one year to the next making it impossible to get to get a raise. How can I work all year in one TSR then it's changed in January of the following year and my raise is based on the new TSR.

I fell that i make less than new managers and i have been here for more time than all of them and have the skills required and go above my job expectations they compensation is not fair as they are not allowed to mark LCE'S the best to give them a raise it goes to Network Managers only

I'd say the most positive thing is the emphasis on continuous learning and professional growth. The company actively encourages us to take on new challenges and provides resources for training and development.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The office....any office I have been in actually hasn't been updated since I arrived many years ago...It's not sanitary...water is brown, mice, bugs holes in the doors, office, dirt. I won't eat anything that touches a surface here. It's disgusting to say the least and it's embarrassing.

again, Leadership handcuffs us and in the past 6 years made my job less efficient, counterproductive and unfortunately with the SVA cost the business 100 of millions of dollars nationwide. and for the past 6 years we've shown where that money has gone only to be told OUR LEADERSHIP team doesn't care
