My experience has been very positive working here at Alkami. The people are great, leadership is real and sets the goals for the companies and informs us of any changes, the work is challenging and helping me grow in my career, and the benefits are good.

Compensation is not great compare to similar industry. Also compensation has to take consideration for the location. Some states are very expensive and their tax rates or very high compare to other states

I think my co-workers are fine. I just dont feel like the dynamic of the team I'm on is right for me. I've been on teams where interacting with the team felt natural and fun, but this team I'm on now has no life to them.

The accountability at the VP and manager level is terrible. I see it play out daily. There are too many initiatives rolled out regularly. Rather than focusing on a few things we have 65 initiatives that can and do change throughout the year. It's hard to follow. The India office is a distraction.

We are constantly pushed to produce more faster, with pressure to keep quality high AND address urgent issues. It's exhausting and unsustainable. We should consider our employees to be our most valuable and limiting resource, treating them with respect by guaranteeing 40 hours or less.

Leadership should never comment on politically charged issues if this is to be an inclusive environment.
