Not sure what you mean
Review from Customer Support Dept
Combination of Base, keip and bonus structure.
Review from Operations Dept
Salary and stock are the best parts of the comp package. And while the retirement match isn't good, the flexibility to do what you want inside the retirement plan is good.
Review from Product Dept
Fair base salary, it's competitive.
Review from Sales Dept
salary is at par with the market
Review from Engineering Dept
The ability to work remotely.
Review from Engineering Dept
Bonus payout quarterly and target of 20% of salary
Review from Customer Support Dept
Get rewarded for doing excellent work.
Review from Customer Success Dept
KEIP bonus and RSU grants
Review from Legal Dept
High performers at a certain level can obtain stock grants for good performance.
Review from Engineering Dept
I think I am paid fairly and I really like our unlimited pto plan.
Review from Engineering Dept
The total rewards package is very competitive. I do consider the remote first environment to be a critical component of the Alkami benefits.
Review from Finance Dept
Cash and generous stock package
Review from Product Dept
good pay for remote work
Review from Engineering Dept
Unlimited PTO would be the best part if it was encouraged to take time off.
Review from Finance Dept
I think the KEIP bonus program is great and the overall salary compensation for the most part.
Review from Product Dept
The best part about our compensation package is that it includes many benefits - the regular health insurance, 401k and also includes many options for self care - like the Calm app, ClassPass to name a few.
Review from Customer Success Dept
RSUs, HSA contribution, flexible PTO
Review from Business Development Dept
Our ELT seems more concerned with their own agenda and pay then that of their high performing teams.
Review from Finance Dept
Low Raises, slow promotions seem to have become common place. We no longer get RSUs, that would help compensate some of the slower pace.
Review from Product Dept
Manager doesn't take in suggestions from the team
Review from Customer Success Dept
We're starting to develop a culture where people are thought of as being interchangeable pieces (undervaluing). Rather than team members with differing strengths. Compensation is not keeping up with inflation.
Review from Engineering Dept
They let a lot of people that do not influence the company get by, that have should been long let go of at this time.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I am being asked to do more work than my role bc we had employees leave so their duties have now become mine and my leaders dont have any idea the level of work or responsibility this ask requires. feel like there is very little support for me and the team as well as any support from management
Review from Legal Dept
Employees have been asked to do more each year for income which does not keep ace with inflation. In essence I do 40% more work for 20% less pay than when started. Somehow I don't think executive management suffers this same fate. Being told "thanks" isn't the same as giving a fair wage.
Review from Customer Success Dept
I am paid below industry average for my role.
Review from Marketing Dept
no equity or end of year bonuses
Review from Engineering Dept
more affordable health insurance, not a high deductible plan
Review from Engineering Dept
I got promoted and barely got a raise because my salary at MANTL was already "too high for a manager position at Alkami."
Review from Customer Success Dept
We got 3% raise at the beginning of 2026 and was told by management that everyone got 3% raise. But there was evidence showing the manager who said that got 10%-ish raise himself.
Review from Engineering Dept
The NYC market dictates that my pay should be higher then what it is, but we are scoped/based to all of America. In addition, the health care and 401k benefits are also behind market. I appreciate many of the other incentives, but there is little reward in many of the 'fun' activities we pitch.
Review from Engineering Dept
I would like to have incentives for production versus just a once per year bonus
Review from Business Development Dept
Limited pay increases with limited insight as to what the goals are to achieve
Review from Sales Dept
We RIF's a bunch of people and didn't refill the roles, so my workload has increased with no material pay increase. Competitors are offering 10-20% more in OTE
Review from Sales Dept
The raise ceiling is pretty limited
Review from Sales Dept
My work isn't represented by my title. The title to match the work I do would be a higher salary
Review from Customer Success Dept
Compensation w job duties are not in the market / experince pay rate
Review from Legal Dept
Based on market average for same role in other industries
