I've been on both sides of the interview process, and have seen growth in how GoDaddy approaches interviews over time. I really hope that newer candidates are treated to a friendly and fair, but challenging interview that also explores the GoDaddy culture and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with coworkers outside my team. There are lots of really interesting people at GoDaddy with very different backgrounds. It's always nice to getting to know someone in a different part of the country, or even a different part of the world.
