Yes I feel undervalued and I'd feel better about my pay if I was actually treated like a person instead of a statistic.

Company needs to settle labor contracts st the airline much faster and quit hiding behind the railway labor act. Also stop intimidating employees into voting yes for a Concessionary contract, especially while making record profits.

Work a MINIMUM of 10+ hours a day no overtime or an equal amount of compensation for hours worked. 12+ hours a day during peak season plus 6 day weeks. Terrible work culture where people almost try to force you to work longer. No responsibility from upper management. JeffGarcia should be fired

Maintanence is a skilled labor yet we are grouped in with the drivers and unskilled labor as far as pay and bennifets

Overall as a team, my department is pretty close with one another. We consider each other friends and frequently do things together outside of work or when traveling for work

Company intimidation to work safe while not backing it up. IE, lack of equipment, lack of proper snow and removal, forcing aircraft mechanics to work alone on remote ramps.
