Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To be treated like a human and not a dog I work hard and it goes unnoticed because we never ha e staff and when we do it's always a problem.

Making the start times warlier and allowing me to get home to my family before 10pm. Not putting an insane alount on someone and EXPECTING THEM TO FINISH BY THEIR EXPECTED TIME
