    Job performance have nothing to do with your raise , .. You start with minum wage and all you will receive is your minum wage pay until you reach the 15.00 dollars after you reach the 15.00 minum wage pay. Your raise will consist of a dollar per year and everybody gets it ..

    Raises are yearly, based on the what the union and company decide for that contract, sometimes only on august 1st, and sometimes divided between August 1st and February 1st.

    Job performance have nothing to do with your raise, not even given a COL. Last year was across the board raise, whether you worked hard or not.
