How much and how often do raises happen at UPS?

Split raises. 2 a year. We used to get one decent raise a year but it was decreased and split so that we only receive half in August and half in February

I get a yearly pay rate increase and it’s several dollars each time until I reach top scale

Annually, unless promoted. Have seen increases in the 1%-3% range.
