Co-workers need to focus on getting the job done instead of trying to place blame for every menial issue that comes up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I feel undervalued and I'd feel better about my pay if I was actually treated like a person instead of a statistic.
