Better pay and training for part time workers. A realistic amount of time to perform the job. Better dispatching ie: keeping loads under 9.5, better organized route set up. Get rid of ORION! ORION causes a lot of frustration, hardship, stress and time to perform. ORION also lacks consistency.

During the holidays people are hired in groups and get basically an orientation all together in a large room. The call and say to come for an interview but they need to be more forthright about it being a group thing because it was off putting.
