What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with the customer service reps better in regards to technical issues we experience while doing our job on how/when/if they expect to be resolved.

The leadership team needs to stop micro managing. They need to fire low performers and develop the folks looking to grow. They need to stop letting tech supply constraints limit their ability to ship whole products. Currently the shipped product is no where near the design. The dev resources seem mismanaged, and since that is the manufacturing piece of their supply chain it needs to be addressed asap.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free Hulu and the perks are perfect. Never had or heard of a job with so many perks and benefits.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so down to earth and always happy to see you and speak to you. I love spirit week and different events they plan for us.

They have very diverse company,but thers not many African Americanor Hispanics executives

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fun and my interviewer was very friendly and outgoing. He still talks to me and says it’s good to see me every time we cross paths.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overall clarity on the UI across all platforms to better distinguish content apart from one another in regards to Live Tv content that has required ads, and Hulu content with no ads.
