What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Recognizing your own hypocrisy, lack of morals, ethics, toxic behaviors
Underlying deceit & malicious intent, the illusion of practicing inclusivity while actually being an extremely exclusive workplace environment & for all the wrong reasons. Exclude apathy, ignorance, malice, deceit, every 'ism, mere self-preservation while simultaneously endangering others.
More individual and team empowerment, establish greater trust between teams, more transparency about "the plan" and career potential of individuals.
