Insecurities, self-preservation at the cost of others

Refrain from doing further physical & psychological harm, don't willfully intrude on other's dignities, be leaders not "bosses", learn & actually practice basic human decency

Communicating with the customer service reps better in regards to technical issues we experience while doing our job on how/when/if they expect to be resolved.

Hostile and frequently inappropriate. Culture of looseness in outer offices is leads to levels of harassment.

The company isn't private so you don't get equity. It's also not public either so you don't get stock options. A rare few upper management people earn the majority of the money.

The leadership team needs to stop micro managing. They need to fire low performers and develop the folks looking to grow. They need to stop letting tech supply constraints limit their ability to ship whole products. Currently the shipped product is no where near the design. The dev resources seem mismanaged, and since that is the manufacturing piece of their supply chain it needs to be addressed asap.
