What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The most positive thing is the quality of the individuals I work with.
What are some of the best things about your team? Our team works hard everyday to fix issues and target trends that affect our experience with the Viewers, anything to make their experience better we are there for.
What do you like best about the leadership team? How we can come together as one team!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better bonuses and base salaries
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Yes we all feel under valued now. The only thing that would make us feel better about our compensation is if we got to choose who we worked for, because some people want to work for Disney and others are ok with dealing with ESPN+ because they KNOW sports. I wanted to work with hulu.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Listen to all employees, create a psychologically safe environment where employees feel safe to be honest & constructive, dont scapegoat
