Yes we all feel under valued now. The only thing that would make us feel better about our compensation is if we got to choose who we worked for, because some people want to work for Disney and others are ok with dealing with ESPN+ because they KNOW sports. I wanted to work with hulu.

Hulu totes "competitive compensation" but that's only the case if you're a director or above. Internal transfers are severely underpaid in comparison to external hires (who, in general, are very middle of the road in performance).

There is so little that can be done to compensate for the incredibly poor management. Everyone in my cohort hates their job, managers, work, all of it.
