What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

It feels like a group of friends working together, even though we have our separate lives when we leave for the day. The environment is interpreted differently for everyone, but I like the "work hard, play hard" culture. I know that when my work is done, I deserve the perks that come with Xero.

I love coming to work. The space is great and the people are even better. It helps we have proper coffee, pool tables, table tennis tables, free fruit, sparkling water, soft drinks, Friday Night Drinks, team and office events etc

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was more about me as a person rather than how I work. It was nice to be able to sit with the team I could've potentially be working with to get an idea of what I would be doing. It felt as though I was also being given the opportunity to decide if Xero was right for me as well as vice versa.

What makes you most happy at work?

That I work in a place where I feel I belong, and I want to give more than is asked. Being able to make a latte in the morning and a soft drink in the afternoon, always feels surreal compare to my previous jobs.
