They make sure they better market rates, base salaries go up each year, which allows for decent wages to keep up with inflation.

Xero really lives by their values so much that everyone lives and breathes it, because they want to, not because they have to.

The people - people are a huge part of my life, I like being surrounded by funny, smart and hardworking people, it really makes it for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy my team; Xero always puts an emphasis on fit, as well as skills and knowledge - this makes for an easier, more laid back environment of skilled hard workers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is super approachable, and welcomes feedback and good discussion, keeps the business moving forward. There is no arrogance with the leaders at Xero, they accept being challenged. Couldn't ask for more.
