What is the best part about your compensation package?
You receive a good amount of time off right when you start and are encouraged to take all of your PTO. People are happier and more productive when they don't feel burnt out.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor annual salary raises (below inflation rates) especially given growth, profit and stock bonuses the leadership take home. No bonus and less than market rate stock options.

What are some of the best things about your team?
While we may not always accomplish our goals, I have never felt more confident in working with a group of people. In past jobs, I have questioned the abilities and skills of team members, while that is not the case with Xero.

The office's all have a very Xero feel. Plus you can work in different areas of the office or at home if you need to change up your environment.

Too much control in NZ and not the regional offices. It slows everything down and they don’t have the talent pool to future proof the business.
