Clear, truthful, direct and fast.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop pretending we are a startup and using those excuses. Get organised, pay more, step up to the plate like the other big tech firms.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much control in NZ and not the regional offices. It slows everything down and they don’t have the talent pool to future proof the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor annual salary raises (below inflation rates) especially given growth, profit and stock bonuses the leadership take home. No bonus and less than market rate stock options.
