The people I work with.
The first few interviews went very quickly and the process moved along at a good pace.
The org structure is very flat, which allows all Xeros to interact as one. You can talk to the CEO or regional President just like your direct co-workers.
The office's all have a very Xero feel. Plus you can work in different areas of the office or at home if you need to change up your environment.
You receive a good amount of time off right when you start and are encouraged to take all of your PTO. People are happier and more productive when they don't feel burnt out.
While we may not always accomplish our goals, I have never felt more confident in working with a group of people. In past jobs, I have questioned the abilities and skills of team members, while that is not the case with Xero.
