Reading the room. There have been many instances where employee concerns were simply brushed off and ignored. They were also slow to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and the BLM movement.

Golden Hippo has a lot of great perks and benefits, but it feels as though these are done to make up for our base salary being so uncompetitive. I would much prefer a higher salary over so many company events and perks.

The company needs to spend money on professional tools to do our job. We're often provided with cheap, non industry standard gear. It lowers morale and worse creates wore work and frustration than if we had just been given professional tools to begin with.

Our sales tactics are old school and the majority of our budget only goes to the media buyers. Our target demo is mainly baby boomers and if this company wants to last they need to be up to date.
