I have been here over 15 years and have loved every minute. Even when its been hard.
Review from Marketing Dept
Overall positive, though compensation and rewards most definitely flow up, not out to employees.

They seem to care about me.
Review from Marketing Dept
I enjoy their commitment to AT&T and their growth mindset.

They make objectives clear and are as transparent as they can be
Review from Marketing Dept
My direct leadership team is very transparant, personalble and really cares about each one of us. They challenge us but also appreciate our time.

The best part if the HSA match, 401k, and other long term savings plans.

I think it aligns with my level of experience but I believe it can definitely be better!

Vacation! And I love the connection awards.
Review from Marketing Dept
Working here is rewarding, but I wholeheartedly appreciate the additional perks that impact my "outside of work" life.
Review from Marketing Dept
If you have been with the company for an extended period, the adjustments in payment bands coupled with annual pay increases could leave you at/near the bottom of your pay band, allowing new talent with fewer years of experience to come in making considerably more. By design, no incentive for tenure
Review from Marketing Dept
Forced rankings each year are highly problematic and create resentment from quality employees. Even those that receive high ratings. The message is very clear: whether revenue and profits are up or down, 90% of employees are only mediocre because only 10% can be exceeding by corporate policy.
Review from Marketing Dept
Lack of growth potential and benefits packages prioritize keeping senior leadership that doesn't drive impact for the org vs. junior/mid-tier colleagues driving the ship (why force us into the office and make us pay for parking - the company should foot that bill).
Review from Marketing Dept
benefits are great. salary is not great compared to tech companies.

- Diverse backgrounds - we've all come from different parts of the business - Diverse thoughts - love collaborating with my teammates to get different opinions and viewpoints on things - Caring/empathetic teammates - feel like my teammates truly care about my wellbeing
Review from Marketing Dept
My team is diverse in knowledge and experience. We can provide many different perspectives on projects. Everyone looks out for each other and the greater goal, not just focusing on individual goals. I appreciate that.

The people who truly care make every day better. Those who are able to connect personally with you but not bring personal into your actual work is a skill a lot of people at the company have.

My co-workers and the feeling you get when a program/project has launched - not that it is over, but the sense of accomplishment that you get when you have partnered with peers across the organization to launch a project
Review from Marketing Dept
It makes me happy to feel a part of something that I am able to see every day.
Review from Marketing Dept
