What do you like best about the leadership team?

Very attentive care about your safety

Review from IT Dept

We work as a Team.

Review from HR Dept

Opportunities given and the Guidnance they provide when we are in need.

Review from Engineering Dept

Everyones hard work and dedication

Review from Operations Dept

The size of it, and how the talk to me, with a lot of care, not if they where my ugly boss, and its the same attitude of all leadership

Review from Operations Dept

Encourage and promote understanding of business acumen

Review from HR Dept

no response for this question

Review from HR Dept

I like the fairness of the group. I appreciate how many of the employees help one another out. There is no judgement, only encouragement, support and helping one another. When someone on the team succeeds, the whole team succeeds.

Review from HR Dept

We are a strong company.

Review from HR Dept

The leadership team is forward-thinking and drives innovations that attribute to overall success.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The clarity in words & actions.

Review from HR Dept

I really appreciate their vision and clear communication. They've done a great job of setting a direction that everyone can get behind.

Review from Engineering Dept

willingness to listen to our roadblocks

Review from Operations Dept

Must create knowledge base for technical matters and process for all. Some JP technical people don't share anything, so hard to manage and understand without him/her. Must move to allocate the tasks and knowledge to global team, not do only domestic people.

Review from Communications Dept

Communication and take care of the person

Review from Admin Dept

Frank and clear communication to the employees.

Review from HR Dept

VERY INFORMATIVE AND LIKE THE MANY VIRTUAL CONFERENCES

Review from Communications Dept

I am not sure how to feel- It seems we are getting mixed messages from upper management, which makes me feel unsecure in my current position.

Review from Operations Dept

They are nice and somewhat approachable. Helpful.

Review from HR Dept

The clarity of expectations and the transparency of communication received from them.

Review from Customer Success Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

I believe the leadership team needs to basically care about the employees as assets rather than a necessity. We are treated as term employees they would like to replace with cheaper contractors. They don't understand we are fixing the messes they create on a daily basis.

Review from Engineering Dept

Stop worrying about their bonuses and stock options. The employees make up the company. Employees are not a number.

Review from IT Dept

Better work/life balance, reinstate hybrid work schedule and retiree benefits

Review from Engineering Dept

Holding on to good employees instead of saying "if you don't like it, leave." Be loyal to your employees the way you want your employees to be loyal to the company. We invest our lives into the company; we would like the company to invest into us.

Review from HR Dept

Quit threatening your employees and yelling at them in town halls. You give extremely low raises at 2% yet demand 150% output. Poor leadership that blames failures on employees when leadership is the driving factor. If your team is not performing, it's because you failed as a leader.

Review from Engineering Dept

The CEO lacks a clear understanding of the market and company direction, leading to debt and alienating key contributors. Ageist remarks made by the CEO in 2023 highlight the need for leadership to better understand today's market.

Review from Engineering Dept

A pat on the back for a job well done goods further than an extra dollar in the pocket, when it comes to recognizing accomplishments.

Review from Operations Dept

wfh, increase my pay lol. Why change to amazon's culture if you're not gonna pay us amazon salaries

Review from Engineering Dept

The leadership is only focused of being #1 in the fiber market. While I agree this is a great thing, they are doing it by killing their employees. It's ridiculous the way we are treated. it makes working here almost impossible. that is why I am taking our CEO's advice and leaving.

Review from Engineering Dept

The leadership team needs to stop hiring college grads who have NO idea what this is and how to run it. They need to listen to their FRONTLINE Managers who are knee deep in the trenches and the Leadership team needs to remove the roadblocks that hinder our ability to be successful...i.e., ORCA!!!

Review from Engineering Dept

Restoring trust and competence in your managers.

Review from HR Dept

Treat employees better and as if you care about them. Pay appropriately. Maintain workstations. Stop taking away benefits. Maintain a trained work force. Quit firing and hiring based on shortsighted yearly budgets and builds.

Review from Engineering Dept

caring about their employee's career

Review from Sales Dept

Being honest with their people.

Review from HR Dept

There is a lack of empathy, a need to micro-manage & nit-pick attendance and return to office, over the quality of work.

Review from HR Dept

The feeling that my superiors care about me as a person drops off after my AVP. I know my boss, my director, and my AVP generally know/care about my wellbeing, but I think my superiors higher than that think of me as another number/salary to pay out. I think that should change

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership team needs to understand that to retain and attract talent we need to be able to work and hire outside of Dallas and Atlanta.

Review from HR Dept

Keeping talent instead of forcing valued team members to report to a different location or leave when they have been working successfully virtually since prior to the COVID pandemic. Ruining families, friendships, and lives for an explanation that even our own leaders do not believe in.

Review from HR Dept

Needs of the business change frequently, that's understood. However, I don't remember a time in the company where surplus seemed to come around every few months. With the number of surplus notices, it feels like the future of the company is uncertain.

Review from HR Dept

Too many things to list in a short period of time
