I appreciate the opportunities offered, but many benefits like 401K and vacation feel reduced. I work here mainly to meet basic needs. Without incentives for long-term commitment, morale suffers. If required onsite, please ensure adequate parking and workspace for productivity.

    Depends upon the area you work. Some orgs allow it while others will restrict. Same location but different orgs will have different rules, although rules are generally not codified they are simply implied.

  • The stock is plummeting, the recent acquisitions have not worked out, and there is a constant fear of a layoff hanging over everyone. The morale is terrible.
