If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at AT&T?
Top Employee Response
Get rid of all contractors and replace them with actual AT&T employees. Get rid of employees with over 35 years of services. Get rid of managers who manage up rather than coach and prepare their employees for the next level.
First off, fix the work life balance. Working for AT&T is very hard if you have a family.
Educate and train the workforce well with what they need to deliver a good job to the customer. There is no better reward than a personal satisfaction that you can deliver and resolve issues without a doubt. Also, give people a chance to move within the organization. However, it doesn't make sense to place a finance major in an area where an electronics knowledge is required.
