Depends on your work group and your direct leadership. You’ll see some real toxic moral and poor engagement in certain departments and groups. However other groups are great to work in. You’ll see a lot of negative hype and I suppose that’s common. The unhappy tend to be the loudest. However, I can say the engaged groups I’ve worked in were awesome. We all had the same goal, we worked together and won together.

The stock is plummeting, the recent acquisitions have not worked out, and there is a constant fear of a layoff hanging over everyone. The morale is terrible.

Very low they promote lazy friends of management and hold hard working employees in their titles to get maximum profit margins
