It used to be good, but seems that upper management does not care at all. Our current system is failing and no one seems to care. They have taken away any drive to do good by their inaction to make positive changes.

I was part of AT&T before being acquired by Frontier....I feel we went backwards since being acquired....systems, salary, benefits, retirement, 401k matches, just about all categories....

I spent 3 1/2 years with Frontier Communications, and had the best time, this company is employee friendly, is a fun place to work under any circumstance, they have great moral boosters and are not afraid to use them, apply today, you won't regret it, oh I didn't leave Frontier, I was transferred, otherwise I would be getting ready to celebrate my 4th year.

The interview process is professional, and informative, I met with two Interviewers during a group interview, I felt very comfortable during the process, I never felt intimidated and knew within 5 minutes I wanted this job
