    Stop messing with our pay and pay us good, be a leader in taking care of employees and customers not just profit/ stock holders/ CEO bonuses

    I do wish we could reduce process but many of those roadblocks are due to regulations imposed on us as a business we used

    Corporate & upper management are terrible. They make poor decisions everyday. They do not have to pay for their mistakes. People below do.
