I hate that my vacation time does not roll over from year to year. I feel like we should be able to carry a portion forward from year to year. At another company I was able to have up to 150% of my max vacation time. I always kept a week in "reserve" for emergencies.

I think it is generous...you start with 3 weeks + 3 days and you max out at 6 weeks + 3 days after 20 years of service

I feel it’s comparable to other businesses. I get 2 weeks and 7 personal. So it is the same as my last job.

It's fairly generous though does take a while to reach 28 days. I've been there 8 years and get 23 days.

Better than most companies for employees with less than 15 years of service. Excellent after 15 years of service.

Standard for large companies, starting from 10 days and progresses with seniority. They cannot be carried over.

Very lucrative based on number of years of service.
