How well do you know the people you work with?
Top Employee Response
We're friendly but not really close. Too much scrambling to get stuff done quickly without vetting the need or if the new request will benefit the user or the company. We are in the midst of some growing pains and trying to expand the team without completely understanding how that will work from a management and process standpoint.
Very well, I consider some of them my very close friends.
I don’t know them on a personal level. But I love my team on a team level. It’s a different environment at work. You can let go of your personal self and enjoy your time at work! The music is playing, excited about sales, promotions and getting customers hype about what we offer them! It’s like the best job ever and your team is just as hype. So you just have fun.

Be more fair with bonuses beteeen different departments. Reward tenure with more then a yearly gift card or 5 year prize. Tenured reps deserve more than 3% more than a new hirer.
We need more recognition. Don't get me wrong we get recognized a lot. But it's almost always if you get this, we will do this for you. Every now and then it would be nice to hear we are doing this just to say thank you. No catch, no goal to meet, just plain old thank you.
