How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Sprint?
At my store, salespeople worked Fridays and Saturdays, often till closing so unless you have friends and significant others that didn't mind getting together on say Tuesday or Sundays, no social life.
Very difficult. Retail hours are rough.
This would be my only near complaint because I have another business and a healthy social life and a financé And from time to time the hours and the extracurricular activities like flyer drops in business meetings or training can get in the way of a lot of things when it is unexpected but the ops specialist has always been very very good at scheduling me off when need to be
How's the feedback proccess at Sprint?

Every so often you’ll have one on ones with the store manager and there is coaching from the assistant managers and lead retail consultant all of which have been productive and have not felt personal in terms of ambushing or attacking they usually feel constructive

What's the pay like for Sales roles at Sprint?
Very competitive $50 grand a year easily attainable
Going from making about 20,000 a year before getting a degree to getting a degree and going in the sales sprint my W-2 said I made an extra 30,000 and my commission alone was a significant portion of the pay structure for Sprint right now is very lucrative and the hourly based pay isn’t too bad either including great health benefits
Not bad if you are money motivated. You get salary plus commission.
What's the vibe like in the Sales dept at Sprint? How many hours are you working?
40 a week
I do work a lot of long hours although I genuinely don’t mind it I’m working typically between 42-45 Hours a week and the vibe is honestly pretty relaxed at times but when business is going down it feels very energetic and exciting and it feels like you’re actually helping people get the service they want
There is a high stress level and push to compete with all carriers. I work 45 to 50 hours a week to keep my sales team focused.
What's the Sales team like at Sprint?
Fun all day long , joking laughing and making money can’t beat it.
They’ve always been very helpful and are not in it to screw over customers and get paychecks there in it to further the business in a Legitimate way and also work to make sprint a better company overall

Generous stock options. Commission plan getting dramatically better. VZ reps should leave and come to Sprint as fast as they can.

Depending on the area... Philadelphia area was going downhill when I left last year.
Our manager is what makes our store exciting, brings a lot of positive energy friendly competition
The leadership at Sprint to my knowledge are all very good business people and everyone from my assistant managers to my store managers to the district managers and beyond have always been nothing but helpful professional and genuinely good people

It can be very competitive and fast paced with sometimes a lot of pressure to perform.

How long do the interviews usually take at Sprint?
10-15 minutes.
An hour
It’s case-to-case but my face to face interview was an hour and 15 minutes for the simulation. The phone interview is where you NEED TO NAIL IT it is short but a make or break
How much and how often do raises happen at Sprint?
I’ve been here for almost a year and have gotten raises and incentives. It is typically performance based but the company did get a 2% raise across the board recently

With other Service Providers, not with Sprint, just alot of helping, apps, for other servers.

If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Sprint?
I would like to make the change of only using the same manufacturing electronic creator, for expanding the use of MY Sprint Network, meaning only use what is what is within the company, I will also like to make the change, with the distribution and use of the manufacture electronic devices, provided by Sprint, that are being used by other Network Service Providers,
They want to waste time and money on modernizing the work space. New fancy desks, open floor plan. None of that actually matters. How about we focus on the network and stop rushing our deployments. We deploy buggy see due to deadlines being more important than quality.

Networking/Networking.
I would say growing... none, having difficulties, everything. The workers in the store try hard, but leadership is lacking and unprepared to come up with a solid plan.
