
Sprint Promoter Score is broken, generally they send out a survey that’s suppose to reflect on me, yet they only ask “would you recommend sprint” so if a customer ends up having a network issue, I end up getting my pay docked because I didn’t set expections of Sprints awful network.
Every so often you’ll have one on ones with the store manager and there is coaching from the assistant managers and lead retail consultant all of which have been productive and have not felt personal in terms of ambushing or attacking they usually feel constructive
They just order you around
