What do people at T-Mobile think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?

I doubt he knows about the decision to dump the customer care app that saved their bacon on the iPhone 7 launch and replace it with vaporware. #grindsaxe But in general he seems like a relatable guy who is focused on growing the biz and making customers happy which is something you would think would be normal for ceos but for some reason isn't.

Best CEO in corporate America. He listens to the customers and aligns strategy to fix industry pain points. Also has changed the company for employees to benefit for our success by making us all shareholders while continuing to deliver value to shareholders.

Everyone seems to love him. He brings a lot of energy to meetings and his passion for the company, his employees and his customers really shines through. He's a straight shooter and never minces words.

He is kind and energetic. They can improve on the pay. Comission structure was changed to a system where we make less money as reps and ceo makes more every year

They like him. I have never had an interaction with him so, I have no judgement. They do treat the employees well. Again the could improve on recognizing more.

The CEO is loved. He is smart enough to surround himself with other smart people and allow them to do their jobs

We love our CEO the only improvement I’d ask for I all frontline management to strive for the same care
