    We need more recognition. Don't get me wrong we get recognized a lot. But it's almost always if you get this, we will do this for you. Every now and then it would be nice to hear we are doing this just to say thank you. No catch, no goal to meet, just plain old thank you.

    Hold people accountable. Document all attendance, and productivity issues and coach out the ones who do not want to be coached up. Also, hire a new trainer that has experience and is also effective in their job.

    Be more fair with bonuses beteeen different departments. Reward tenure with more then a yearly gift card or 5 year prize. Tenured reps deserve more than 3% more than a new hirer.

    I wouldn’t change the Culture I would change the Commission structure and hourly pay!!!!!!!

    Remember the customer is first. Adding revenue is great, as long as it's done honestly
