This year the structure Changed and they said that it was going to be better for us, but in fact it has not been better. I had to get a second job to replace the income that I lost. I started T-mobile to spend less time at work, make great money while having fun making it. Which I still have a blast at work. Team is great and customers are too. But now I have to work a second job and now I spend less time with my kids helping them and being at their practice and games. The pay isn’t so great, but it’s worth it. The benefits are awesome. Great insurance. Tbh I would stay with Tmobile for these reasons The team work is worth it! Management is awesome The environment is hella fun! My kids now have insurance and I don’t have to worry about their health. I have a 401k I have stocks! I have life insurance!!! I wake up everyday excited about work! I LOVE my job @ T-Mobile

The pay is good depending on experience. The real pay comes in with the commission checks! You make what you want to make! There's no cap on commission. I think the lowest I've ever received was a $800 commission check and the most was about $2500! You get those once a month. And you still receive your hourly pay!

Competitive. Commission structure is generous. Most employees earn between $1000-$1300 monthly in commission, which is on top of their hourly pay. There are quite a few earning $2000+ tho too.

Horrible. Couldn't pay my mortgage with months pay. And commission at mobile one is a joke. This position deserves more than minimum wage.

Not comparable to market. Pay is much lower. Newer reps with little to no experience make much more than tenured reps.
