The company has really killed in store traffic by forcing autopay to get a discount, with lower in store traffic you need to maximize opportunities for sales and badger the hell out of ppl for additional services. It also has cut hours and some times customers wait an awfully long time because they use Kronos to schedule which is terrible. Pace is overall inconsistent and upper management doesn't care. Promos are also complex and tedious to explain, and sell to.
At our location it is slow, due to the area closing down. But when customers come in, the excitement starts
Very fast paced. You need to be adaptable to change in order to thrive at T-mobile.
Not bad for the most part. It has its days, but what job doesn't.
Faster than the speed of light.
