More promotions for women and POC. The leveling at Adobe is very far off from the rest of the tech world. It's nearly impossible to get to director, sr. director, etc. and the criteria isn't clear. Several employees have reached that criteria and been denied with no clear explanation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The path to promotion and growth opportunities lacks clarity, with inconsistent standards applied across individuals within the same organization. Pay is below market rate.

I give 110% every time, but don't feel recognized for my affords and achievements adequately. I believe my contribution recognition and my compensation are not equal to my male counterparts.

I feel that our compensation is unfairly weighted around living in the Bay Area vs. outside of the Bay Area, which causes employees to leave if living in the Bay Area permanently doesn't align with their life plans. Even if they are high performers with multiple years of tenure with Adobe.

Great manager, collaborative and genuinely cares about you - shares passdowns but not the swirl. Teammates are amazing, super helpful, proactive, and feels like a family - as I met a few during my interview process, it felt like the right fit, even though the overall comp is lower

stop pulling in 40 people to make a decision - if the best of the best is creating a plan, then there's no need to have 40 opinions. Also, stop showing up with problems but with zero solutions. Lastly, stop taking an inside out approach to storytelling

I like the popup events and perks that show up in #sitesanfrancisco, I like #adobefood. I am interested in getting closer to the food team - google offered cooking classes for employees in a dedicated teaching kitchen and I would love to see how to help the team create a community experience like it
