What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Wow, they will make anyone a manager. Even people who yell and talk down to others. Very unprofessional. It starts at the top, i was quite unfairly with my manager and sought other employment opportunities, three others followed.

Negative attitudes all around due to employees feeling mistreated. Since THD took over, those people that cane from THD receive special treatment, come and go as they please, and do minimal work
