I mostly work alone as a driver
Coworkers need to tone down on arrogance and extreme competitiveness. The arrogance and competitiveness interferes with effective collaboration and learning experiences. Most interactions turn into blame games and defensiveness because of someone's need to prove their the most intelligent being.
Be more friendly with each other. Some seem like they don’t care
